Individual debtors filing for relief under Chapter 7 are required to serve the Bankruptcy Administrator with copies of the debtor’s payment advices for the 60 days prior to the bankruptcy filing and the most recent federal income tax return filed by the debtor before the bankruptcy filing. These should be served on the Bankruptcy Administrator by electronically submitting these documents via an online document portal.
