The Circuit Executive for the Fourth Circuit announced today that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has appointed Brian C. Behr of Raleigh, N.C., to be the next Bankruptcy Administrator for the Eastern District of North Carolina. The incumbent, Marjorie K. Lynch, has announced her retirement effective May 2022. The appointment is contingent upon a successful background investigation.
