Due to the public health crisis related to COVID-19, the U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator for the Eastern District of North Carolina is implementing temporary policies and procedures with respect to all § 341 Meeting of Creditors. Beginning February 22, 2022, § 341 Meetings of Creditors will be conducted via video conference. This will be a phased rollout based on division and chapter; practitioners are advised to pay close attention to the information contained within the Notice of 341 Meeting. 

341 Meetings conducted in cases proceeding under Chapter 7, 11, and 12 will be conducted using Zoom for Government. Chapter 13 341 Meetings will be conducted via Zoom.  Links and information about this change may be found on the Bankruptcy Administrator’s website at the following address:
