Payment Advices and Tax ReturnsIndividual debtors filing for relief under Chapter 7 are required to serve the Bankruptcy Administrator with copies of the debtor’s payment advices for the 60 days prior to the bankruptcy filing and the most recent federal income tax return filed by the debtor before the bankruptcy filing. These should be served on the Bankruptcy Administrator by electronic mail at the following address: The subject line should be in the following format: Full case number, debtor’s last name, Division (Wilson or Raleigh).
